Job Duties:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for maintenance agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and referrals
- Develop customized maintenance plans tailored to each client's HVAC and mechanical system needs
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability
