Key responsibilities
- Research, report and write news articles, features and interviews
- Source and verify information accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain industry contacts
- Conduct interviews in person, by phone and online
- Produce clean copy to deadline
- Assist with newsletters, website publishing and content planning
- Work with editors to develop angles, refine stories and improve output
- Attend relevant events, briefings and industry functions when required
- Support multimedia and social promotion of editorial content where needed
