EXL is looking for a professional to manage a team of credit service agents in Muntinlupa. In this role, you'll ensure that assigned targets are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll be tasked with managing the lifecycle of claims while maintaining high transaction quality and controlling costs.

Your responsibilities will also include managing inbound and outbound calls, emphasizing customer satisfaction and effective communication. Suitable candidates will have prior international voice experience, strong multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
