B2B Collections Analyst Opportunity

The Collections Analyst reports to the Collections Supervisor, ensuring timely payment and resolution of accounts receivable. You will work closely with customers, Sales, and Operations to reconcile discrepancies, negotiate payment arrangements, and enhance cash flow. Your role will also involve updating collection statuses for reporting and recommending accounts for escalation.
