B2B Collections Analyst – AR & Dispute Resolution

TP in Taguig is looking for a Collection Associate to manage B2B accounts receivable. This role involves overseeing customer portfolios, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable, as well as proficiency in communication and analytical skills.

The position requires flexibility to work in US shifts and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. A good understanding of ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP is preferred.
