B2B Client Relations & Service Contract Lead

FocusGlobal is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist in Manila to manage B2B client relationships and drive service contract sales growth. You will coordinate with internal teams, handle service requests, and convert existing Technogym customers into service contract holders.

The role requires 2–5 years in B2B customer relations or service sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts across teams. Technical troubleshooting abilities are a plus.
