Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees the day to day B2B operations and handles daily operational tasks.
- Builds and manages national B2B accounts.
- Liaises and consolidates all supplier accreditation requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitates B2B/B2G leads and manages orders for national key accounts.
- Conducts monthly and quarterly B2B/B2G OMS process trainings to address store concerns.
- Resolves daily B2B related concerns and monitors purchase order completion from the branches.
- Resolves periodic technical issues in the OMS for B2B-created orders, including payment, status updates, OTP, price discrepancies, and system downtime.
- Resolves B2B-related issues (processes, complaints, disputes) from the branches and other internal departments (counter, treasury, merchandising, marketing, accounting).
