Job Overview

As a B1/B2 Production Trainer, you will add value to the Maintenance Training by developing and delivering training solutions to support the Etihad Engineering.

Accountabilities

• Act as a Subject Owner (SO) for developing training solutions to meet specific EY Eng TT requirements inline with CAR/Part‑147 regulations.
• Analyze training requirements, conduct and evaluate Job Analysis (JA) and Gap Analysis (GA) to generate TNA and identify training solutions which satisfy the needs of the EY Eng TT.
• Generate a Training Syllabus (TS) from the TNA or the directly stipulated requirements which support the training courses delivered by EY Eng TT.
• Produce suitable and sufficient training course material for effective delivery of the subjects to EY Eng TT requirements.
