B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Base Aerea de Gando)

Job Description:
3 vacancies for a MRO MECHANIC/ELECTRIC (TMA B1/B2) have arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe for Base Aerea de Gando. The successful applicant will join the MRO Department and perform maintenance and support tasks for the Eurofighter Program.

Tasks & Accountabilities

• Perform electrical/mechanical assembly, integration and modification.
• Perform system repairs.
• Perform first‑level quality inspection.
• Perform functional tests of aircraft and components.
• Use raw materials, tools, standard parts and components, and documentation such as technical instructions, job cards, and technical manuals.
• Provide assembly ready for testing with associated production documentation.
• Give support to Spanish Air Force operations, performing hourly and calendar inspections on Eurofighter aircraft.
• Ensure continuous improvement.
