Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to Polish companies targeting IT managers.
  • Qualify leads and manage relationships with decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with client sales teams during the Warm Handover process.
  • Document interactions in the company CRM and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend internal training sessions provided by the Learning & Development team.

Qualifications

  • Native Polish language speaker; bilingual in English.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous CRM experience desirable but not required.
  • Legal ability to work full‑time in Spain....
