We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our BAO Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in Azure Dev Ops, SQL, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting operational & user issues.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in IT technical operations or a similar role. Demonstrated experience in scripting, cloud services, and development methodologies. Skills Profile Proficiency in SQL querying language for database management and reporting. Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and its microservices. Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Data Dog, Splunk, App Insights & Log Analytics Handson experience with Azure Dev Ops for continuous integration and deployment.
