AZ/DZ Operator, Industrial Operator

Responsibilities

• Oversee cargo handling and secure loads, including equipment preparation and safe practices.
• Perform trip inspections on equipment operated and loaded to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
• Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation and carriage of goods.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Check vehicles before driving them to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Report vehicle defects and maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service.

Requirements

• AZ or DZ driver's license with a clean Driver’s and CVOR abstract.
• Ability to work an irregular work schedule (extended hours and variable shifts).
• Ability to work in a confined space environment and/or at heights.
• Mechanical knowledge.
