What You’ll Bring
- Hands‑on experience supporting Axway SecureTransport (required)
- Experience in Middleware, Integration, Managed File Transfer (MFT), or Application Support environments
- Strong knowledge of Secure File Transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, SSH, TLS)
- Experience troubleshooting file transfer issues using logs, monitoring, and alerting tools
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, ports, connectivity)
- Experience working within cloud environments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with IBM Sterling Connect or other MFT platforms
- Knowledge of certificates, PGP encryption, and key management
- Scripting or automation experience (Bash, PowerShell)
