AWS Cloud RDS/Oracle DBA

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of mission‑critical Oracle databases, as well as an AWS‑focused DBA to manage and optimize Amazon RDS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and Amazon Redshift clusters with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on with Oracle 19c, RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, and OEM.
• Expert‑level performance tuning for SQL and database instances, including AWR/ASH analysis and wait‑event diagnostics.
• Provision and manage RDS instances or clusters—selecting instance classes, configuring storage autoscaling, Multi‑AZ deployments, and parameter or subnet groups.
• Govern backup and restore processes: automated backups, snapshots, encryption with KMS, patching, and minor/major version upgrades.
