The role is responsible for translating business strategy and product vision into clear, implementable requirements, while partnering closely with business, operations, architecture, development, testing, and support teams to deliver robust front‑to‑back solutions. This role requires strong domain knowledge in wealth products, digital channels, and associated operational processes, together with the ability to identify design gaps, improve user journeys, and drive measurable business outcomes.
