Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple teams and several unit leads, ensuring the teams meet their performance and quality expectations.
• Identify and implement solutions to optimize operations and lead initiatives and strategies to ensure alignment with Cluster Operations leadership.
• Manage staff resource allocation, KPI and SLAs, and assist with the development and oversight of the team.
