Role Overview
We’re currently looking for a high‑caliber professional to join our team as AVP, Payment Operations Team Lead based in Manila, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for multiple teams and several unit leads and ensure the teams meet their performance and quality expectations.
- Identify and implement solutions to optimize operations and lead initiatives and strategies to ensure alignment with Cluster Operations leadership.
- Manage staff resource allocation, KPI and SLAs, while assisting with the development and oversight of the team.
- Resolve complex and highly variable issues with significant departmental impact.
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for training/development, pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions.
