🚀 Hiring: AVP – Marketing (ATL, BTL, P&L | Luxury Beauty)

📍 Location: Mumbai

🧠 Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for a high-impact AVP – Marketing to lead end-to-end brand strategy for a luxury beauty portfolio across skincare, makeup, and haircare. This role will drive ATL & BTL campaigns, product launches, channel marketing, and consumer engagement initiatives, while owning P&L responsibility.

The ideal candidate should come from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges with proven experience in luxury beauty or luxury apparel marketing. Strong exposure to trade marketing, sales collaboration, negotiations, and marketing deployment across online and offline channels is essential.

This is a strategic role for a marketing leader who blends creativity with commercial acumen.
