Reporting to the Chief Underwriter, the AVP role combines deep expertise in underwriting and client-centric leadership. You will oversee the strategic direction for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) segments, promoting a premium service model. Your leadership will drive underwriting decisions, foster team development, and enhance client relationships across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior technical leadership in risk assessment
• Lead a high-performing underwriting and new business team
• Champion a client-centric service model for HNW clients
• Partner with distribution and pricing teams for seamless service
• Drive consistency in underwriting decision-making
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in High Net Worth underwriting
