Principal Responsibilities
- Support people managers and employees in navigating the spectrum of HR Services with coaching and advice to help resolve queries.
- Relationship manage and co‑ordinate support for enquiries that touch multiple areas of HR, which may involve co‑ordinating multiple HR specialists to resolve issues.
- Support interpretation of policy and procedures.
- Support change activities for managers and HR colleagues around a broad range of HR processes.
- Maintain and observe all HSBC control standards and observe the Group HR FIM, including adherence to recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
- Adhere to and demonstrate adherence to internal controls, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, implementing internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
