Drive impactful disability operations as the AVP at Medavie. This leadership role focuses on enhancing processes and developing teams to advocate for the well-being of Canadians through effective disability management solutions.
Reporting to the Vice President, you will oversee all aspects of the Disability Management business, including Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. You will lead, develop, and inspire your teams while implementing strategies that align with Medavie's mission to improve lives across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct national teams for consistent disability case management
• Manage daily operations, including case flow and performance outcomes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
