Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end expense accounting, processing, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with global and local expense policies and regulatory requirements
• Review and approve employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence
• Analyse expense trends and variances; prepare regular management reports and dashboards
• Lead month-end and year-end expense closing activities
• Support budgeting and forecasting of operating expenses
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Act as primary contact for internal and external audits related to expenses
• Develop, update, and communicate expense management policies and procedures
