The AVP – End User Computing & Microsoft 365 Platform is responsible for the strategy, architecture, governance, operations and continuous improvement of Great Eastern’s end-user computing and Microsoft 365 services. The role owns the enterprise digital workplace experience across endpoint computing, identity and access management, Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, messaging services, information protection, and workplace productivity technologies. The position provides technical and operational leadership for modern workplace transformation initiatives, cloud services, security governance, and end‑user experience across the Group.
The individual can be a solution architect and the subject matter expert to new enterprise technologies to be introduced affecting communications and collaboration and remote access and end‑point computing.
