Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, this position provides oversight and leadership to the company’s financial controls including ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting), operational accounting and reinsurance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the ICFR program including scoping, risk assessment, key control framework, and remediation oversight.
- Coordinate execution of the ICFR program.
- Manage internal and external audits to coordinate requirements and priorities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a robust control environment.
- Oversee operational accounting and provide finance and accounting leadership to business owners.
- Oversee reinsurance reporting and accounting coordination.
