Responsibilities

• Manage diverse civil and commercial litigation files and provide support to partners on complex cases.
• Meet clients to receive and analyze documentation, set objectives, and develop case strategy.
• Advise clients legally throughout the litigation process.
• Represent clients in negotiations, court proceedings, settlement conferences, and other related forums.
• Conduct witness interrogations and assist clients when they are questioned.
• Prepare for trial and draft legal documents of all types.

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and in good standing with the Quebec Bar.
• 4 to 7 years of litigation experience.
