About The Role We're building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight — and we need people who actually speak the language of the skies. If you know the difference between a squawk code and a SIGMET, this role was made for you. This is not generic transcription work. We're looking for aviation-savvy contributors to accurately transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot radio communications, helping train AI that will power the future of aviation safety and autonomy. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Transcribe real-world ATC ↔ pilot audio recordings with precision
Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses accurately
Capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly
Work through task-based assignments at your own pace
