🌙 100% Night Shift (US EST Time Zone)
👉 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Configure & implement Avaya Aura (System/Session Manager, CM, Messaging, Gateways, SBC)
📞 Work with SIP services, SIP trunking, dial plans, routing & Remote Worker setups
🖥️ Deploy/support virtual & physical Avaya servers (ESXi/AVP)
🔗 Integrate IVR, Call Recording, CMS, Equinox, AADS
🛠️ Troubleshoot end-to-end telephony issues (SIP traces, routing, vectors)
🧩 Apply patches, service packs, licensing (PLDS) & manage upgrades
