We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Dispatch AV Technician to provide on-site and remote support for audio-visual and IT systems across multiple client locations. This role demands strong troubleshooting skills, hands‑on technical expertise, and excellent communication with both technical teams and end users.

• Respond to dispatched service requests for AV setup, support, and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain AV equipment including:
  • Projectors
  • Video conferencing systems
  • Microphones
  • Speakers
  • Displays
  • Control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron)
• Diagnose and resolve AV-related issues both on‑site and remotely, ensuring minimal service disruption.
