As a WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATIVE AUXILIAR you will be responsible of guarantee the inventory integrity, finished product billing process and responsible of the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to help the internal processes.
You will be reporting to the Warehouse leader.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage the internal clients' inventory.
- Review inputs and outputs from warehouse.
- Creation and follow up purchase orders of goods and services.
- Report closings monthly.
- Confinement of decreases.
- Inventory semestral.
**Qualifications**
- 1 year experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineer
- Excel (can perform complex functions).
- Knowledge of inventories, billing process and excellence operative systems, vendors.
- Knowledge of Oracle R12, OTM, WMS
- Availability to shift roles.
