The chosen candidates will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing and resolve discrepancies professionally
• Maintain accurate financial records and update billing systems as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing processes
• Generate and analyze billing reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Comply with all company policies and industry regulations related to billing and invoicing
• Support the accounting and finance team with other administrative tasks as required
