Automotive Software Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide software technical support for the full automotive product line, including Cellular 5G, LTE, UMTS/HSPA (+), GSM/GPRS, GNSS, WiFi/BT and Smart Cockpit modules.
• Respond quickly and offer on‑site support to all customers located throughout APAC regions, helping them resolve any software issues.
• Travel to sites for on‑site support as necessary.
• Offer feasible solutions to customers based on their application requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in wireless communication software development, preferably in automotive telematics or cockpit, with at least 3 years of R&D experience in embedded software design, software architecture design, or Linux/Android driver development.
