Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of automotive locksmith technicians to ensure productive service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Manage dispatch and automotive locksmith team, including scheduling, job allocation, and shop closure.
• Assign service calls, prioritize emergency lockout requests, and monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate locksmith staff on proper techniques for automotive key cutting, programming, diagnostics, and...
