Job Summary
Automotive Estimator – We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused estimator to join our team. The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, prepares accurate repair estimates, coordinates with insurance companies, and keeps customers informed throughout the repair process. The candidate should have strong English communication skills, knowledge of collision repair terminology, and the ability to balance accuracy with efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Write complete and accurate estimates/supplements in accordance with company and insurance guidelines.
- Take clear, detailed photos of vehicle damage, while liaising with clients on the story of the vehicle collision or details of damage.
- Order parts, confirm availability, and ensure correct discounts are applied from vendors.
- Track and document vehicle progress through the repair process and update statuses in the production schedule.
