Compensation & Work Schedule
- Salary Structure : Paid on a Flat Rate basis, with an hourly rate to start during your initial training or integration period.
- Pay Frequency : Bi-weekly pay periods, with direct deposits processed on the Thursday of the pay week.
- Hours : Full-time, ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week .
- Schedule : A 5-day work week scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday . Shifts are assigned by the team leader upon hire and may adjust based on business volume.
- Breaks : Includes a daily one-hour unpaid lunch break.
