Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead who can drive end-to-end automation testing initiatives, lead automation teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and successfully deliver managed automation testing services. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in UI and API automation, framework architecture, CI/CD implementation, process establishment, team management, and delivery governance.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building automation practices from the ground up, establishing standards, defining KPIs, and driving automation adoption across projects while ensuring business value realization.
