Daily Equipment Inspection : Conduct routine inspections of customer site equipment as per manufacturer requirements and record results in designated forms or systems.

Preventive Maintenance (Daily) : Perform daily preventive maintenance based on inspection results, including cleaning, lubrication, tightening, adjustments, and installation/removal of parts.

Preventive Maintenance (Annual) : Carry out annual overhaul and preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan to reduce equipment downtime.

Corrective Maintenance : Respond immediately to onsite issues. If unresolved within SOP required time, elevate and seek remote technical support. For major faults requiring two-person repair (e.g., HP issues at night), standby staff must arrive promptly to assist.
