The Automation Technician will perform routine diagnostic checks, monitor automated systems, isolate problems and perform repairs.
The Automation technician has the authority and total responsibility of ensure that all preventive maintenance has been done as per procedure, ensure that the production equipment always runs, reduce down time, time on production lines, ensure correct installation of all production equipment.
Job Description
Key Responsabilities:
- Support problem solutions for manufacturing and quality departments.
Direct support to the manufacturing and quality operations.
Technology implementation to avoid, as much as possible, operator dependent process activities.
The technician will troubleshoot the issue and determine if the problem is mechanical, electrical or from the computer systems controlling the process.
