Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support, including monitoring, maintenance, and issue prevention for automation solutions.
- Offer reactive support by troubleshooting and resolving problems with automation solutions.
- Manage automation solutions throughout their lifecycle: setup, deployment, upgrades, ongoing support, and retirement.
- Ensure the reliability and sustained operation of automation tools and processes.
- Monitor performance and ensure automation solutions deliver their intended business value e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains.
