Automation specialist (huamantla)

We are establishing a Greenfield manufacturing facility at Tlaxcala in Mexico. This will be the flagship facility in line with Industry 4.0 with state‑of‑the‑art advanced automation and digitization. To deliver this, we are hiring a highly competent and motivated professional who will support the design and implementation of the new facility, as well as act as the local SME for startup, stabilization, and ongoing operations.

Key Job Responsibilities Execute automation projects. Draft user requirement specifications for automation projects. Develop software codes for minor process improvement projects. Liaise with equipment vendors to ensure compliance to specifications (e.g., attend kick‑off meetings, Factory Acceptance Tests, etc.). Direct and monitor vendor activities during FAT, site installation, and commissioning to ensure systems are delivered as per design documents.
