Job Title

Automation Engineering Designer

Responsibilities

  • Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual intervention, increase throughput and quality
  • Design and implement production automation equipment solutions to manufacture components and sub‑assemblies
  • Provide return on investment and operational cost savings for automation
  • Create documentation for Automation Solutions including procedures for operation, maintenance, and calibration
  • Coordinate with Digital Transformation Partners to collect throughput data and test data for digital availability and mining
  • Work with outside partners to speed delivery and implementation of systems
  • Share in the commitment toward a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

  • Post‑secondary degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or an equivalent Technology Diploma
  • 0–4 years of industry experience
