Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and leading automation opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and safety in metal-mechanical manufacturing processes, including manual assembly, riveting, welding, and grinding.
This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end automation processes, acting as a technical liaison between operations and automation providers, ensuring effective implementation without necessarily being responsible for detailed design.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes (manual assembly, riveting, welding, grinding) to identify automation opportunities.
