General Objective of the Position: Develop, maintain, and improve the plant’s automation systems, ensuring the operational continuity of production processes through the programming, diagnostics, and optimization of industrial control equipment, thereby contributing to the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Attend the shift kickoff meeting (Top 5).
- Comply with internal regulations, safety rules, and established policies.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of automated equipment, PLCs, robots, and control systems.
- Increase productivity by optimizing cycles and reducing downtime.
- Implement technological improvements to meet production, quality, and safety metrics.
- Validate safety systems in robotic cells and manufacturing equipment.
