Job Summary
As a Technical Automation Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus, you will support the delivery of automation projects that drive growth and productivity across site‑specific activities. Your role is to align with business units and ensure successful execution of automation initiatives that improve manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Map manufacturing lines related to PCBA, mechanical, and plastics segments to identify automation opportunities.
- Analyze automation business needs from sites and customers to increase automation penetration for productivity goals.
- Drive and track automation projects, ensuring progress against time and productivity objectives.
- Serve as an Automation SME, providing technical guidance on project execution.
- Develop technical and financial feasibility analyses, including RFQ/SOW documents for supplier quotes.
