Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of building and facilities maintenance programs, capex and opex budgets, site technology and automation maintenance, asset and master data management, service provider/OEM contracts, and SLA adherence.
Implement Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) approaches to deliver zero breakdowns via predictive maintenance strategies, progressive maintenance, condition‐based monitoring, and visual controls.
Model values and principles through coaching, building capability of operating teams, and training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown and CIL techniques.
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to deliver company objectives.
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance systems, including execution of AM and PM on dedicated equipment.
