Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the execution of building and facilities maintenance programs, capex and opex budgets, site technology and automation maintenance, asset and master data management, service provider/OEM contracts, and SLA adherence.
  • Implement Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) approaches to deliver zero breakdowns via predictive maintenance strategies, progressive maintenance, condition‑based monitoring, and visual controls.
  • Model values and principles through coaching, building capability of operating teams, and training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown and CIL techniques.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to deliver company objectives.
Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance systems, including execution of AM and PM on dedicated equipment.
