Company dedicated to build fixtures and maintenance/engineering changes to plastic injection molds for the automotive industry.
If you have experience on automation, controls, or/and electricity for the automotive or aeronautical industry you might be interested on this position.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Design, program, test and start-up of equipment
- Design controls systems using AutoCAD
- PLC and HMI program development using multiple types of software such as Rockwell, Siemens or Omron
- Design of networks such as DNET, ENET, Profibus, Profinet, Remote I/O, IO Link
- Design of safety systems using integrated safety PLC's or safety processors such as PILZ or Banner
- Develop controls design components Bill of Materials
- Work with purchasing and suppliers for product selection and cost-effective controls solutions
- Robot programming - Fanuc, ABB, Nachi
- Configure Robot I/O
- Robot Path teaching and Optimization
