We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

• Provide day-to-day technical support for serialization systems in manufacturing/packaging lines.
• Troubleshoot issues related to PLCs, vision systems, printers, and scanners in a 24/7 environment.
• Support installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and validation of new serialization equipment.
• Collaborate with automation and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Manage incidents and changes following established processes and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and support audit activities.
