Automation Coordinator – Manufacturing – Monterrey, Mexico
Responsibilities
- Partner & enable line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale) and ensure process stability; participate in Daily Management System meetings.
- Own technology and process settings for equipment; maintain progressive maintenance systems, key performance indicators, and repair processes; manage line maintenance budget.
- Develop, own, and execute preventive and time‑based maintenance systems; build capability of technicians and lead maintenance projects at department level.
- Partner with Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; lead change management, localization of spares, break‑down analysis, and cost reduction; represent line as site technology owner in forums.
