Automation Coordinator – Manufacturing – Monterrey, MexicoResponsibilitiesPartner & enable line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale) and ensure process stability; participate in Daily Management System meetings.Own technology and process settings for equipment; maintain progressive maintenance systems, key performance indicators, and repair processes; manage line maintenancebudget.Develop, own, and execute preventive and time‐based maintenance systems; build capability of technicians and lead maintenance projects at department level.Partner with Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; lead change management,localization of spares, break‐down analysis, and cost reduction; represent line as site technology owner in forums.QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance Step 4, Progressive Maintenance Step 3, and TPM, with ability to execute AM & PM standards on dedic...
