Provides support in the administration, control, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to reduce production downtime caused by equipment failures. Develops and implements maintenance schedules and strategies by line, ensuring efficient task allocation and enhanced visibility of losses. Manages asset information within the system, including equipment types, classifications, and variants.
Technical skills in manufacturing, basic manufacturing management, quality systems and standards, advanced knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC ControlLogix, networks and drives, Fanuc and Nachi robots, and advanced troubleshooting skills for resolving failures in automated lines. Minimum of 5 years of experience in projects or in maintenance, integration, and/or operation of equipment in automated robotic lines. 80% proficiency in English, with the ability to hold fluent conversations.
